- A community-oriented and multicultural folk high school in the immigrant dense north-eastern Gothenburg. Founded by Finnish immigrants and open to all, preferably to people with foreign backgrounds.
- The school proprietor is a Finnish Folk High School foundation. Language of instruction is mainly Swedish, the school also has courses where various minority languages are used as working languages; currently Finnish, Somali and Kurdish.
- Schools goal is to enhance minority and immigrant communities and increase their influence in Swedish society. In a long term the school will equalize educational disparities and encouraging for further studies.
